Residents captured the camper engaging in illegal behavior, considered a crime and an example of incivility, capable of damaging the sewer system and the environment. " The air is becoming unbreathable, the smell of urine is overwhelming ," residents complain, "in an area where everyone feels free to discharge wastewater into the public sewer system without proper treatment, with the risk of polluting the groundwater."
The camper, parked in an unauthorized parking area, regularly moves to discharge its sewage, considered special liquid waste. This action carries fines of up to €600 , due to the risk of compromising public hygiene when it is indiscriminately discharged, creating potential health risks. The area has also become a target for waste dumping, which has persisted for several months. The incident has been reported to the municipal administration, pending appropriate action.
