Personnel from the Guardia di Finanza (Sassari and Olbia) executed a seizure order issued by the Tempio Tribunal at the request of Deputy Prosecutor Alessandro Bosco.

The military froze funds in the bank accounts of five banks, linked to a major management company that manages a complex of about 100 units on the Costa Smeralda. According to the Tempio Pausania Prosecutor's Office, the Porto Cervo residence is not a condominium, but has effectively operated for years as a hotel. The seizures of funds began several months after inspections by the Arzachena local police and the Guardia di Finanza.

Public Prosecutor Alessandro Bosco alleges tax violations until 2024, with lost revenue estimated at just over four million euros.

The Tempio Pausania deputy prosecutor requested and obtained from the investigating judge the seizure of a nearly equivalent sum from the current accounts linked to the condominium. These accounts are held in five banks, one of which is abroad.

The Gallura Prosecutor's Office argues that the residence is not a condominium but "a tourist accommodation facility, with a manager, reception, staff, and centralized cleaning and laundry services."

The company's lawyers, Bruno Cuccu and Gian Comita Ragnedda, have always vehemently denied that the complex is a hotel.
