Accident this afternoon in via Lungosaline, shortly after the roundabout of the Marino hospital in Cagliari. A Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling in the direction of Quartu went off the road and hit a light pole, knocking it down. The driver was not injured.

The car (at the time of the video it had already been removed) was completely destroyed. Traffic slowed from the Hippodrome to the site of the accident. The local police are on site.

Perhaps the accident was caused by an attempt to avoid a collision with a second car traveling in the same direction. The local police will ascertain the dynamics.
