Poetto beach was submerged in garbage at the end of the evening: "This filth grows under your bed."
Claudia Conas, who is cleaning the beach with a friend, reports in a video: "A dog would never have left a bottle of vodka, dozens of cans, chips, or cigarettes on the beach.""We didn't think the situation was so serious." A video full of civic-mindedness and Cagliari-ness (positive) captures the incivility of Cagliari (negative, obviously).
9 p.m., fourth stop at Poetto: on the sand are vodka and beer bottles ("They're full, you don't even know how to drink," is the sneer), paper, glasses. Trash of all kinds. An indecent expanse, filmed (and commented on) by Claudia Concas, who with a friend decided to do some cleaning. In less than ten minutes, they filled a large bag. However, they were unable to clear the beach, so much trash is strewn with seagulls.
"I hope the same filth you leave on the beach grows under your bed while you sleep," Concas rails. "Even these gestures, however insignificant they may be to you now, will shape the people you'll be tomorrow. Not everything is owed to you, not everything is yours," he says, addressing the uncivilized. " The first thing my parents taught me was to leave the places I frequent as clean as when I found them."
A dog, according to Concas, who gets millions of views on dogs, "would never have left a bottle of vodka, dozens of cans, crisps, cigarettes on the beach."
