The car was on the right side of the road and, for reasons still unclear, ended up on the other side of the road, hitting the woman.
Antonella Serusi's elderly uncle, an eighty-year-old, was also involved in the accident and was transported with critical condition to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari.
The 118 operators who arrived on the scene tried for a long time to revive the woman, who leaves behind three children, but without success .
