The Tempio Pausania Court today closed the insolvency proceedings initiated in recent months against Olbia Calcio. A bankruptcy petition (judicial liquidation) had been filed against the club.

The creditor, a footballer from the same club, had turned to the judges of the Civil Section of the Gallura Court with the request (we are talking about a debt of a few tens of thousands of euros).

The player himself, through his lawyers, announced his withdrawal from the legal action. The judges acknowledged the withdrawal and closed the proceedings.
