One for children's games and another for dogs: the two new areas were opened this morning in the town square of Seui, in the Is Mirrionis district of Cagliari.
«The administration», comments Mayor Paolo Truzzu, «continues with the redevelopment and extension of nearby green areas, as places of relaxation and meeting throughout the city. The new spaces, designed for the most varied needs, aim to make our squares and gardens more lively, while respecting everyone's needs and requirements."
«The works in the town square of Seui, between the streets of Trincea dei Razzi and Monte Sabotino», added the deputy mayor and councilor for public green spaces Giorgio Angius, «focused on various aspects: the creation of two fenced play areas, which will host 5 games each for a total of 10, with the installation of anti-trauma flooring in the play area on the Via Trincea dei Razzi side and synthetic flooring on the Via Monte Sabotino side. The perimeter of two fenced dog areas, equipped with fountains, benches and waste bins. The arrangement of the pre-existing fitness area, with new concrete plateaus to support the equipment. The positioning of new Mediterranean shrubs and essences. Finally, four jacaranda trees will be planted in the next few weeks."
