One hundred kilos of waste were removed from the Sennori ring road. On Sunday, February 15th, a new environmental cleanup initiative, promoted by Plastic Free Onlus, took place in the Romangia town. The meeting point was in the parking lot of the new sports field, and the initiative was sponsored by the Municipality of Sennori. For the second time since the beginning of the year, volunteers worked along the town's ring road, continuing the restoration and landscaping work begun in previous weeks.

A group of six people participated, united by a shared civic spirit and a strong international dimension, with Italian, French, and Swiss citizens present. Favorable weather conditions allowed for optimal operation.

By the end of the morning, approximately 100 kilograms of waste, including plastic, glass, cans, and ferrous materials, had been collected, a sign of the continuing need to maintain a high level of awareness of local environmental protection.

The event featured Patrizia Grandjean, local representative for Plastic Free, and the volunteers who responded to the call. The next meeting is scheduled for March 15th.
