They met thanks to social media and yesterday Paolo Nocco and Regina Pinna got married in the Town Hall in Perdaxius .

"First love is never forgotten. I thought it was a cliche, but it was enough for me to see Regina just for an instant to understand that she has always been the only woman in my life . So, a lifetime after our first kiss, with the complicity of social media that made us meet again after 55 years, I asked her to marry me," commented the groom.

“We met after so many years. It was a great emotion," said his wife.
