A 29-year-old man from Pabillonis approached the home of his ex-partner and her son, despite being required to stay at least 400 meters away from his ex-partner's house. The young man was caught by the Carabinieri of the local station, coordinated by Lieutenant Gianluca Suriano. The officers intercepted the man near the woman's home. For this reason, the young man was arrested after he disobeyed the judge's order prohibiting him from approaching his ex-partner.

When the 29-year-old saw the Carabinieri, he attempted to hide, but to no avail. The arrest was confirmed before a judge at the Cagliari Court.

In the next few days, a decision will be made whether or not to tighten the current residence ban.
