A man was arrested in Ozieri last weekend, accused of mistreatment of family members, violation of court orders, and a restraining order. According to Carabinieri investigations, the man had engaged in a series of harassing and intimidating behaviors toward his partner, who, with the help and support of the officers, eventually decided to leave the home.

Initially, the court had ordered the suspect to be prohibited from approaching the victim using an electronic bracelet . The victim categorically refused to wear it and repeatedly attempted to contact his ex-partner, violating the judge's order.

At that point, the precautionary measure was increased , and the man was arrested by the Carabinieri and taken to his home, from which he cannot leave without the judge's permission.
