Over €80,000 in unpaid rent: Esperia and the City of Cagliari reach an agreement on installments.

The Municipality and Esperia have reached an agreement: the sports club will repay its debt of over €84,874 in unpaid fees by paying 34 monthly installments of €2,500 each.
This will pay off the debt on the concession for the sports facilities on Via Pessagno, over which the administration and Esperia had initiated discussions. The proposal for payment by installments arrived in recent days and was approved by the Department of Sport, with a resolution signed today.
"Failure to pay a single installment on time, as set forth in the installment plan," the agreement states, "or failure to pay the fees for the months following the installment plan set forth in the concession, will result in the forfeiture of this benefit."
The next installment for the backlog is due by January 31st. One year has already been covered.
