A 19-year-old boy is hospitalized in intensive care at San Francesco in Nuoro after an accident that occurred last night in Orosei.

The young man was on a scooter and was returning home with a friend , who was riding a bicycle .

For reasons yet to be clarified, the two vehicles collided on Via Grazia Deledda and the 19-year-old on the scooter was the one who came off worst.

Rescuers from Mike 07 of Nuoro and Gies of Irgoli intervened on site.

The 19-year-old was intubated and taken to hospital, while his friend refused admission.

The Carabinieri of the Orosei station are also in action to carry out the surveys.
