Problem solved, the ASL reports. But many in recent days have had to return home with a jar of feces in their handsPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
The email that the ASL of Oristano sent until two days ago to patients who booked the stool test online is clear: "We are not doing the tests due to the lack of reagents" .
The test should therefore be postponed until who knows when. In fact, the same email does not specify when the problem will be solved . For several days, the San Martino hospital in Oristano has been lacking the reagents that allow the test to be carried out in the laboratory. In the last week, the execution has not been regular and continuous. A significant damage, especially for those people who had an emergency and for those who had not booked and only found out once they arrived at the clinic for the blood tests.
For several days many had to leave with the jar of feces in hand. And a lot of anger. From next week, however, everything should be resolved. "The reagents have arrived and from next week we will start doing the test again - they say from the ASL - Already on Friday evening the analysis laboratory restarted the activity".
The reagents had been ordered on time by the Asl Analysis laboratory, but were delivered with delays. "The Asl is not directly responsible for this." It is true, however, that there were inconveniences for patients. Many, knowing this, would not have gone to the clinic.
