"As doctors who work daily in the area - says Domenico Salvago, national vice president of the Sardinian autonomous trade union Snami - we are aware of the very serious situation of Sardinian health care and for some time, totally unheeded, we have been trying to indicate possible solutions to the public and politics, even immediately, obviously not in words but through precise suggestions formalized in documents sent to the councillorship».
