Threats and sharp objects pointed at a 30-year-old man in Olmedo. In 2025, yet another domestic dispute between a 30-year-old man and his aunt's partner, who live in neighboring apartments, resulted in the latter's aggressive behavior.

According to the injured party, the man insulted him with phrases like "You're a drug addict" and "You're nobody." But above all, he attacked him because he considered him a "squatter" in the building, exacerbating long-standing tensions. Until the defendant, now on trial in Sassari for aggravated menacing, saw his partner's relative in an area where, in his opinion, he shouldn't be: a terrace of the building.

And with the pointed object pointed at the 30-year-old, he ordered him to move away from the ledge, ordering him to remove all the plants and clothes hanging on the ledge. This confrontation marked the culmination of a complex relationship and led the young man, represented by lawyer Giammaria Sanna, to file a complaint with the Carabinieri. In recent days, Judge Sara Pelicci sentenced the defendant, represented by lawyer Gavinuccia Arca, converting the sentence to a fine.
