Ahmed Shabaan, the young Egyptian (28 years old) who in recent days was the protagonist, according to the Carabinieri, of a very serious episode which occurred in the parking lot of a supermarket in Olbia, appeared before the judge this morning .

Shabaan was arrested by the military in Olbia on charges of having caused facial trauma (with fracture) to his ex-partner, a 36-year-old woman. The victim was approached and hit in the face with a violent headbutt .

The woman had already reported Ahmed Shabaan to the police for his behavior. Today, before the investigating judge of the Tempio Tribunal Marcella Pinna, the young Egyptian (defended by criminal lawyer Donatella Corronciu) declared that it was not his intention to harm his ex.

The prosecutor requested the validation of the arrest and the measure of custody in prison .

The man was given a restraining order and an electronic bracelet.
