Olbia's city council is currently underway to consider four hundred observations on the municipal urban plan. The building on Via Garibaldi has been evacuated due to a fire alarm.

The emergency was triggered by a lit cigarette butt thrown onto the roof of the building.

In the street, residents, city councilors, and the mayor were able to return to their seats after about ten minutes.
