A 46-year-old man, of Romanian nationality but now from Olbia by adoption, was acquitted of robbery and sexual assault charges against a woman.

The facts date back to 2015 and since then Marius Mandia has faced the heavy consequences of an investigation and a trial for infamous crimes . The man was accused of sexual assault which did not find any response in the courtroom.

Today the judges of the Court of Tempio acquitted Mandia because the fact does not exist, accepting the requests of the defender, the lawyer Rosa Cocco. Even the prosecutor had asked for acquittal for almost all the charges.
