Olbia, hit by a jet of boiling oil: serious burns for a cook

Serious accident at work in the afternoon in Olbia, the victim is a kitchen worker at an ethnic restaurant in the center of the Gallura town. The man, 30 years old, from Bangladesh, was hit in the legs and abdomen by a jet of boiling oil.

The victim of the accident was rescued by 118 personnel and transferred first to the Emergency Room of the hospital in Olbia and then to the Burns Unit of the civil hospital in Sassari. The episode was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Tempio and to Spresal .

Checks have already begun on the contractual position of the victim and on the accident prevention measures in the premises where the young man worked.
