It was a difficult morning for passengers arriving at Olbia's Isola Bianca port after crossing from Livorno aboard a Grimaldi ship.

Upon landing in Sardinia, many people moved to the garages to exit with their cars, but the disembarkation door was not opened. According to reports, there was a malfunction in the ramp that was supposed to reach the dock. This is unofficial information, as no one, despite several hours of waiting, was provided with any information or assistance.

The ship arrived on schedule and the wait, with the discontent that gradually mounted, continued until around 10 am, after a few hours.
