A 19-year-old woman was transported to the emergency room of Olbia Hospital in critical condition. According to the Olbia local police, the young woman was riding her bicycle on Via Mantova, near the local police station, and for reasons currently under investigation , she lost control of her bike and crashed into a wall .

The girl was rescued by 118 staff and her condition immediately appeared very serious due to a head trauma.

According to the very first assessments of the local police staff, the accident could have been caused by the failure of the bicycle's brakes , but this reconstruction still needs to be verified.
