Beaten and threatened everywhere, up to three times a week, humiliated in front of her daughter, locked on a cold veranda, and then forced to flee the Olbia hospital where she was being treated to get away from her partner. This is the life a woman, mother of a little girl, led for almost two years.
A nightmare life that is the backdrop to a very serious incident that occurred in Olbia three years ago. The woman's nine-year-old daughter was hospitalized for a cocaine overdose. Yesterday, before the judges of the Tempio Tribunal, the story was reconstructed with several testimonies. The trial sees the woman's partner accused of abuse and stalking. A dramatic affair, because the case against the man was opened after the investigation into the minor's overdose.
And the little girl told investigators everything, not only the events that led to her hospitalization, but also her mother's daily experiences. According to the indictment and the testimonies provided by the prosecutor, the woman was allegedly beaten in Alghero, in Rome during a vacation (she was treated in the hospital), and in Olbia, in Fausto Noce Park. Her partner is being represented by the lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile, while she has joined the civil action, assisted by the lawyer Maria Assunta Argiolas.
