Indecent exposure in front of an eleven-year-old girl.

The episode dates back to 11 October 2019, at the bus stop, near the Sassari railway station.

The defendant, 71 years old from Sassari, defended by the lawyer Gavinuccia Arca , is accused of having attracted the girl's attention by touching her private parts.

The man presented himself in the courtroom before the judge of the Court of Sassari, Antonietta Crobu, denying everything and exposing his version of the facts. He said he got on the bus to go to the watchmaker in Piazza Duomo. The minor would also have boarded public transport to reach her home.

Both would have got off at the same stop, in the historic center of the city. According to the man's story, while the minor had walked towards her home, he had continued on foot towards Piazza Duomo.

Defended by the plaintiff's lawyer, Giuseppe Onorato , the little girl, after having witnessed the obscene acts, would have run home to seek help, alarming her brother. Police officers had intervened in Largo Capuchin Nuns on the recommendation of the 11-year-old's mother, reporting that her daughter had been molested.

Seven reported episodes that were repeated in one year. The pensioner had been reported to the judicial authority.
