White smoke in the evening. After an intense day of negotiations, the majority led by Emiliano Fenu, the new mayor of Nuoro, has found a definitive agreement on the composition of the delegations and the formation of the new council. An agreement reached after a long diplomatic effort and a bilateral meeting held in the morning between the Democratic Party and the United, two of the pillars of the alliance.

At the center of the discussions is the delicate issue of the delegation to Culture, a topic on which there had been friction in recent days. In the end, the delegation will remain in the hands of the Democratic Party, which has claimed the centrality of the sector for its political project. Uniti, on the other hand, will obtain the delegation to Major Events and Heritage, thus strengthening its position within the coalition.

The agreement closes a phase of intense discussion and now opens the way to the official presentation of the council, expected in the next few hours. Maybe tomorrow. The distribution of delegations seems to have found a balance between the different souls of the majority, with the declared objective of guaranteeing stability and operability right away. Fenu in a note says that "he will communicate the composition of the council to the Council on Monday".
