Nuoro, Via Segni closed due to a fallen tree.

A tree fell this morning in Nuoro, on Via Segni, right in front of the old Biscollai shopping center.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the collapse temporarily closed the road, which is one of the main exit routes from the city. Traffic has been diverted, and currently, it's recommended to drive around the affected area on Via Mannironi. Emergency services arrived on the scene to secure the area and remove the tree.

Meanwhile, due to strong winds, the mayor has signed an ordinance today that closes the city parks and the municipal cemetery as a precaution.
