There were moments of apprehension at the courthouse in Nuoro, where a fire alarm was triggered by a short circuit in the electrical panel of the server room on the second floor of the building.

According to an initial reconstruction, the alarms went off only in the affected area and the employees on the second floor left their offices as a precaution.

However, some lawyers and employees present in the building reported that the siren was not heard on the other floors of the courthouse and the alarm was only communicated verbally by the staff.

Firefighters, police, and Carabinieri were on site. No serious injuries were reported. The malfunction only caused smoke in the corridors, with no injuries or significant damage. Activities subsequently resumed as normal.
