The Carabinieri's investigations have led to a clear understanding of what happened two days ago in Nulvi when, according to the charges, a 30-year-old man went to his father's house and damaged some plants in the garden with an iron tool.
An argument then broke out with the man's father, who got the worst of it, being hit on the head with a shovel.
The alleged perpetrator fled the scene and was tracked down this morning and taken to Bancali prison. The father suffered a head injury, and the Carabinieri, acting on orders from the prosecutor Maria Paola Asara, who is in charge of the case, are now investigating whether the family members had suffered other attacks or harassment from the man in the past.
