The death of Antonello Spada, the 23-year-old farmer who was the victim of a nasty fall in the countryside, was due to a blow to the head that caused a cerebral hemorrhage.

This is the result of the autopsy ordered after the death, which occurred on the night between Saturday and Sunday last, by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Sassari. A situation also aggravated by pneumonia.

Antonello Spada had been hospitalized in Sassari since the beginning of last week. The young man passed away on the night between Saturday and Sunday last, four days after being admitted. Everything is being examined by the Prosecutor's Office. The magistrate has given the green light for the funeral.

For her part, the mayor, Rita Zaru, has declared a day of mourning. The entire town is close to the family of the young man, who was known and respected throughout Sardinia.
