On the night of Thursday 28 May, Anas will carry out the lifting and installation operations of the beams of the overpass of the new Macomer Mulargia junction , currently under construction.

The work will be carried out between 10pm on Thursday and 6am on Friday, with the section between the Macomer Bosa (km 148.600) and Campeda (km 152) junctions closed to traffic.

Southbound traffic will be diverted at the Cossoine junction (km 165.900) to continue along state road 292 dir, the Cossoine-Pozzomaggiore ring road, state roads 292 and 129 bis, until rejoining the “Carlo Felice” at km 148.600. Northbound traffic will instead have to exit state road 131 at the Macomer-Bosa junction (km 148.600) and take state road 129 bis, the Sindia ring road, and state road 292 dir, then rejoining the “Carlo Felice” at km 165.900.

The stretch of road between the Cossoine junction and the Campeda junction remains passable for local traffic.

The work is necessary as part of the construction of the new interchange, which has a total value of €10 million . It is part of a broader plan to eliminate the at-grade interchanges on the "Carlo Felice" motorway, which has already included the construction of the new north and south interchanges at Bonorva and the Paulilatino interchange. Completion of the interchange is expected this summer.
