The waste accumulated on the hill that hosts the Roma camp on State Road 387, between Selargius and Settimo San Pietro, is burning again.

As happens almost daily, flames and thick black smoke have polluted the air around that gigantic landfill where there are hundreds of abandoned car carcasses and materials (even dangerous ones) of all kinds.

The photos were taken this morning by AL who, indignantly, asks: " How is it possible to continuously tolerate this situation of absolute illegality? Tons of car carcasses, rubbish of all kinds, asbestos, batteries, spilled oils, plastics, waste of all kinds, which are promptly burned for who knows what purposes, certainly not lawful".

Thick columns of thick, black, unbreathable smoke "that wander depending on which way the wind blows, and maybe sooner or later they find an unfortunate person who becomes an oncology patient like me, maybe a child, and the families despair, wondering why . I would personally like to take these "gentlemen"", AL continues, "and take them with me to the wards that I have frequented at the Businco Hospital at least once a month for six years now, to make them understand what it means to get sick with certain diseases, the crying and suffering that it entails".

The question, after summits in the Prefecture and continuous reports, is: "Why is no one doing anything? Carabinieri del Noe, Forestali, Polizia, Magistratura, where are they? It seems like a state of general anarchy where no one apparently can do anything except passively suffer indefinitely".
