The Municipality of Cagliari has announced the closure of Via XX Settembre to traffic starting Friday and lasting a week, until June 19th : "The road will be closed to ordinary traffic to allow for resurfacing work."

Access, the city hall specifies, will be reserved "only for essential services and one-way traffic with a speed limit of 30 kilometers per hour. Only public transport, emergency services, firefighters, and police vehicles will be allowed to pass, as well as vehicles authorized for loading and unloading goods and for accessing driveways."
