The new investigation into the disappearance of Rosa Bechere (the Olbia pensioner who hasn't been heard from for three years) has suddenly accelerated.

After the arrival of the personnel of the Cagliari RIS and the Carabinieri of the Olbia Territorial Department in Via Pietro Aretino, at the home of the suspects, Maria Giovanna Demuro and Giorgio Beccu , the presence of the defense lawyers, Angelo Merlini and Giampaolo Murrighile, was also necessary.

The investigation, coordinated by Deputy Chief of Police Alessandro Bosco, aims to find evidence of Rosa Bechere's presence, whether alive or deceased, in or near the home of the couple under investigation. The building is located just a few meters from the sea.

The Carabinieri are again searching for biological traces and will carry out the same operations tomorrow in Monti, at a house that was used by the suspects. There is also talk of a pigsty in Berchidda, but this has not yet been confirmed. Investigations may be carried out on some plots of land.

The Bechere Iannelli family's lawyers, criminal lawyers Cristina and Abele Cherchi, have reportedly requested further searches in several locations in the Gulf of Olbia. It should be noted that to date, no evidence has been found incriminating the individuals under investigation. The case against Maria Giovanna Meloni and Giorgio Beccu had been closed.
