The minority group "Obiettivo Muravera" has requested that the water systems managed by Abbanoa be thoroughly inspected and that schools be provided with water supplies.

"We believe that schools," emphasized councilors Gianfranco Sestu, Francesca Mattana, and Andrea Zinzula, "should be equipped with dedicated water supplies, given that the town has been without water twice in just over a month. The last time was due to bad weather, and the previous time due to an unspecified sudden malfunction." On both occasions, water was mostly lacking in homes in the higher reaches of the town, while in other areas it was intermittent (and at very low pressure, causing obvious problems).

The minority, following the disasters caused by the severe weather, also called for the establishment of a working group to manage compensation claims against private individuals and businesses, ensuring prompt processing and payment of contributions. "At the end of these difficult days following the cyclone," added Sestu, Mattana, and Zinzula, "our region has been severely tested. The damage sustained is extensive, with damaged homes, affected businesses, and lost agricultural production." The working group could be established in the next few days.
