With the presentation of the final awards, last December 30th, the “Sounds, Knowledge and Flavors” project in Morgongiori concluded.
A mix of music, culture, sports, entrepreneurship, literature, and food and wine characterized the second edition of the "Premio Monte Arci," conceived and proposed by the Monte Arci Park Consortium, chaired by Paolo Pistis, mayor of Morgongiori.
The final awards were given to the Regional Agency "Forestas," in the presence of its sole director Salvatore Piras, and to singer-songwriter Maurizio Vandelli. During the final evening, the Erasmus project involving the young people of Morgongiori in collaboration with the "Coda di Lupo" Association was presented.
Among the honorees in 2025 are Oscar Farinetti, with the "Lorighittas d'Oro" award; Bianca Atzei and Andrea Cigni (in the "music" category); the Forestry and Environmental Protection Corps; Alessia Orro, Giuseppe Pes, Filippo Martinez, Giuseppe Ignazio Loi, Lucina Cellino, Rosy Sgaravatti, Laura Asili, Alfredo Franchini; and the young, award-winning writer Angelica Grivel Serra (in the "knowledge" category). In the "flavors" category, awards went to the "Sepi" and "Cao Formaggi" dairies, Michelin-starred chef Salvatore Camedda, the Arborea Producers' Cooperative, "Sa Marigosa," Maria Francesca Serra, the "Quartomoro" winery, and the "Monte Onigu" estates.
