He is accused of repeatedly raping his ex-wife's minor daughter.
For this reason, the Carabinieri of Bosa arrested and took a forty-one-year-old man to prison this morning, pursuant to a precautionary custody order issued by the Court of Oristano at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
According to investigators' reconstruction, the violence against the girl occurred at the suspect's home between April 2024 and July 2025.
The victim found the courage to confide in her mother, who turned to social services.
Subsequently , the Carabinieri, under the coordination of the Public Prosecutor's Office, collected evidence that revealed serious evidence of guilt, which led to the arrest.
