In the early hours of yesterday morning the Carabinieri arrested a 29-year-old man in Monserrato, unemployed and already known to the police force. The arrest is the epilogue of a story that has been brought to the attention of the military since September 2023, when the parent had filed a complaint against his son for repeated threats, assaults and harassment.
According to the reconstruction by the woman, her son had assumed a bullying behavior since adolescence, characterized by continuous requests for money, insults and aggression towards her. The Carabinieri of the Monserrato Station immediately activated the "Red Code" protocol and, shortly thereafter, the Judicial Authority ordered the prohibition of approaching the man, applied since October 2023.
Despite this measure, the 29-year-old was caught inside the family home, an episode that led to his arrest.
