A serious accident occurred this morning on Via San Fulgenzio, in Monserrato: a 40-year-old man sustained serious injuries in a collision between his motorcycle and a car.

Rescued by 118 staff, he was accompanied to Brotzu and assigned a red code.

The Monserrato Local Police are working to reconstruct the dynamics of the collision and determine who is responsible.

The accident occurred on the last stretch of road before the Emanuela Loi Bridge. The motorcycle went off the road.
