Monastir: An 18-year-old man was caught among parked cars with a window breaker and a shears.

He was wandering among parked cars on Via Nazionale in Monastir, attracting the attention of the Carabinieri. An eighteen-year-old foreign national with no fixed address was reported after a check on the evening of November 3rd .
The officers noticed the young man moving among parked vehicles and decided to conduct a check. During the investigation, they found him in possession of a pair of gardening shears and a glass-breaking awl.
According to the Carabinieri's reconstruction, the tools were likely intended to be used to carry out thefts from parked cars. Following the investigation, the eighteen-year-old was charged.
