A search is underway in Calamosca, Cagliari, for a missing woman. The alarm was raised around 4:30 PM when the woman's partner, a 50-year-old from Cagliari, reported her missing to the Alpine Rescue team, saying that she had left her car parked in the area, near the Terrazze .

The venue's surveillance cameras filmed her, carrying an umbrella, as she ventured up the hilly path leading to the Temple of Astarte. She hasn't been seen since.

At 5:00 PM, the Alpine Rescue Service alerted the Operations Room of the 13th MRSC of the Cagliari Coast Guard . The "NEMO 5" helicopter from the 4th Flight Section of the Decimomannu Coast Guard, the CP 320 patrol boat, a firefighter patrol boat, and divers responded to the scene. To support the operations, ground patrols from the Coast Guard, the Alpine Rescue Service, and the Fire Brigade were also activated. The local police, the Carabinieri Radiomobile, and the Forestry Corps are also on site. The search is ongoing along the dirt path and at sea with patrol boats. Mountain Rescue drones are in the air. The search operations are proving particularly difficult due to the darkness.
