That house in Medau Su Cramu must be demolished. The TAR rejected the appeal of a woman, resident in the agglomeration that arose in the hyper-restricted area of the Molentargius park, who contested the rejection of the request for amnesty and the order to demolish the abuses issued in 2018 by the Municipality of Cagliari.

In 2004, the woman's mother had submitted three separate amnesty applications (a 2003 law allowed it) for the regularization of three interventions: the expansion of a pre-existing real estate unit, the construction of an additional property and the fencing of the area.

The Municipality had first said no, then the order to demolish the abuses arrived.

Provisions that were challenged before the Administrative Court, which noted the legitimacy of the Municipality's decision: "The administration highlighted that the implementing regulation attached to the Monte Urpinu-Molentargius Territorial Landscape Plan, with regard to the specific subzone C1 where the building in question stands, contemplates an absolute non-buildability constraint". The exceptions had been indicated in detail. And among these was not included the house of the woman who ended up at the center of the dispute: the demolition order remains valid.
