A new edition of the open day dedicated to healthcare professions is taking place at Mater Olbia Hospital .
The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, a day designed to offer graduates and young professionals the opportunity to gain a firsthand understanding of the hospital, its organizational models, and its concrete career prospects.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with coordinators of the main clinical areas, including Surgery, Rehabilitation, Digestive Endoscopy, Intensive Care, Operating Theatre, and Radiology, with the aim of gaining a first-hand understanding of operating methods, professional paths, and interdisciplinary work models.
The open day will also be an opportunity to present the internal and external training plan for non-medical healthcare personnel , along with the logistical and housing options available for non-resident staff. The program also includes a guided tour of the hospital's main areas and a discussion with the human resources office, who will discuss the employment opportunities and career development opportunities for recent graduates.
" Forty-five percent of last year's participants were hired within three months ," said Giovanni Paolo D'Incecco Bayard de Volo, CEO of Mater Olbia Hospital . "This is a very positive result, which has encouraged us to promote a second edition of the initiative with the goal of once again opening the doors of our hospital to new graduates and those entering the workforce. Mater Olbia Hospital is a solid, growing organization that focuses on people, training, and quality teamwork as central elements of care."
The event is aimed at nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, biomedical laboratory technicians, radiology and radiotherapy technicians, and midwives.
