Two people under investigation for the accident at work that cost the life of Antonio Meloni, 75 years old from Terralba. The worker died on Tuesday afternoon after falling from an old freight elevator in the Sepi formaggi dairy in Marrubiu. And the Prosecutor's Office has entered Salvatore Sedda, sole director of Sepi, and Gian Michele Guiso, director of Esse 5 srl, in the register of suspects. An act that was necessary at this stage of the investigation, both to be able to carry out further investigations and to protect all the people involved.

The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon in the dairy, which overlooks State Road 131. Antonio Meloni, an employee of Esse 5, is said to have fallen into the shaft of a long-disused freight elevator, from a height of about five meters. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful.
The investigations by the Carabinieri of the Company and the Investigative Unit of Oristano, by the officials of Spresal were immediate: there were various inspections also with the head of the investigation, the prosecutor Marco De Crescenzo.

Meanwhile, on Monday the assignment for the autopsy will be given and the suspects Guiso (protected by the lawyer Gianfranco Siuni ) and Sedda (assisted by Massimo Macciotta ) will be able to nominate their own consultant. Meloni's wife and children are represented by the lawyer Gabriella Greco.
