A big celebration took place at the "Casa Farci" retirement community in Maracalagonis. One of its residents, Ermelinda Porqueddu, turned 100. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, the other residents of the facility, and the entire staff were there to celebrate. There was great emotion and heartfelt congratulations for the grandmother, born in Cagliari, who has been a resident of "Casa Farci" for 15 years.

The sprightly old lady thanked everyone for all their love and said goodbye until her next birthday. Meanwhile, the little old lady has joined the centenarian club. A truly remarkable achievement. Especially since Ermelinda Porqueddu still enjoys good health, a good memory, and even a good appetite.

There was great joy and satisfaction at Casa Farci, run by the Ker social cooperative. "Today," wrote the coordinator, "we celebrated our Linda's 100th birthday with all our staff. At Casa Farci, we are honored to have you with us; we will continue to care for you and all our grandparents."
