A complaint for receiving stolen goods dating back to 2013, two arrests for resisting, violence and threatening a public official which occurred in 2021 and 2022, as well as complaints for mistreatment against his partner registered in February and March 2022: these are the measures that led to the arrest of a 36-year-old from Mandas , who will have to serve, following the definitive convictions, a total sentence of 4 years, 5 months and 25 days of imprisonment.

The man, unemployed and with addiction problems, was known for his provocative and aggressive attitude , often directed at the police who were called to intervene following reports from citizens annoyed by his behavior.

In addition to crimes against the police, the man was responsible for repeated episodes of domestic violence against his cohabiting partner. The relationship gradually degenerated, starting with episodes of morbid jealousy, until it ended in repeated mistreatment, for which he was reported several times. The woman, forced to leave and take refuge in her mother's house, was subsequently protected by the adoption of a measure requiring the man to remain in the municipality of Mandas.

After his arrest, the man has already been taken to prison in Uta .
