Mandas, a methane gas network control unit damaged

One of the control units of the Mandas methane network was hit by a vehicle during a maneuver.

Mayor Umberto Oppus reported the incident, explaining that the incident was not immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

"It's not so much the collision itself that's perplexing, but the fact that no one saw fit to immediately report the problem," the mayor commented. The problem has been reported for investigation.

Meanwhile, the Municipality is trying to reconstruct what happened, also using images from video surveillance cameras.
