He landed at Alghero airport with a kilo of cocaine in his body. A Nigerian man was arrested at the "Riviera del Corallo" airport, where he had just arrived on a flight from Milan.
The Guardia di Finanza officers of the Alghero Company, who had already gathered investigative evidence, were further aroused by his agitated state and the evasive answers he gave regarding the reason for his trip.
So they decided to investigate and took him to the hospital, where tests confirmed the presence of foreign bodies in his body. There were 80 ova, totaling one kilo of cocaine.
Once released, the man was arrested for drug trafficking and, by order of the judicial authorities, taken to Bancali prison. This is the second arrest of an "ovulator" in May, with over 2 kilos of narcotics intercepted at the Alghero airport.
