The evening was a celebration for the approximately 4,000 extras and the ten competing floats . The Quelli del Karnevale group (with the New Symphony float) led by Salvatore Siazzu won two Carnival Oscars.
The Tempio Carnival will have a delay between March and April, with all the parades canceled due to bad weather being rescheduled.
