A precautionary custody order signed by the investigating judge of the Cagliari court is being executed as part of the investigation into the murder of Leonardo Mocci , the young man from Villacidro killed in Piazza Settimio Severo in Monserrato on the night between Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd April.

The Carabinieri of the Cagliari investigative unit are currently executing the order signed by the preliminary investigations judge. The addressees of the order are the three young men currently under investigation in the robbery and murder investigation conducted by prosecutors Enrico Lussu and Diana Lecca: brothers Gianmarco and Filippo Tunis , from Pirri, and Daniel Campus , from Quartu.
