The acting prosecutor of Tempio, Alessandro Bosco, has opened a file (alleged crime of "disturbed freedom of auctions") on the proceedings of the company "Pincioni Carni Srl" of Arzachena, in judicial liquidation (previously called bankruptcy) since January 25, 2022 (ruling of the Tempio Court).
At the center of the investigation are two auctions of Pincioni assets held in late 2024 and 2025. Alleged illicit activities are being alleged to deter potential buyers of the assets (properties in Arzachena and Tempio) of the company, which operated for years in Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, and other coastal towns in Gallura. Around ten people have reportedly been questioned.
Prosecutor Bosco has acquired all the documentation relating to the proceedings. It concerns the disclosure of confidential information regarding the offers for the properties for sale and the identities of the people who submitted them. Nothing has leaked from the judicial offices, but the Prosecutor's Office is seeking the source of the confidential information.
